Where is allied schools located

I chose this option because it was the most convenient way of getting my license where you don't even have to go to a classroom. Although you're not in an actual classroom, I would advise you to treat it like one and write down any answer you get wrong because it shows you the correct one.

I thought it was super user friendly, and the pricing was fair. Working at my own pace was so convenient while I was working full time while getting a license. The videos they provided were very helpful, and being tested afterward was a good way to make users retain all the material. I do wish that it had a smoother transition from one section to another or if they would give a better explanation at the beginning of how the system works, that would be super helpful.

This is a very affordable option. I thought it was all easy to use and very well structured. All you need to is follow the instructions, study, take notes, and you'll be fine. It did provide me all the material I needed to retain to pass the exams. Some stuff was provided for the state exam, but they did provide enough information that I was able to pass on my first try. I liked the convenience of online courses, online resources, and the ability to reach out for anything.

I have full confidence if you study and pay attention to the material that you will pass the state and national exam. The curriculum is easy to understand, and I passed my exams on the first attempt. I definitely recommend it because it's affordable and also effective. I didn't really like this school. I thought the materials did not represent them well. The unit tests were hard to follow, they were inconsistent with the material, and quizzes were not written the same way.

It was all just very hard to follow, and it took me a year to take the state and national exams. I had to look at outside sources and ended up finding Prep Agent, which was very helpful, and without it, I would not have passed my exams. I definitely recommend Prep Agent, it is a study material class online and will help if you decide to go through Allied. The only thing I do appreciate about the school was their instructors.

Whenever I had a question or concern, they would always tend to my needs very quickly. The instructors were outstanding. The curriculum was great and since it was online, it was very flexible. The only issue was that the style was very outdated, especially when it came to the four section DVD's it was very old.

Another issue was the test prep. It was not similar to the state and national exams at all. I suggest to do your due diligence and look for a different company for the test prep piece. I like that the whole course was online, flexible and that I was able to work on it at my own time.

They have wonderful customer service and were available whenever I needed them. They would also provide users with all the supplies and make sure to send any updated versions of the resources, which was outstanding. I think it would be beneficial if they would have someone like professor follow up on the progress of the courses.

That way, you'll be more engaged in completing it. All in all, I think it was a really great course, and I found it to be very effective. I signed up twice with Allied. They are very reasonable, straight to the point, and have excellent customer service. I would recommend Allied if you don't have a problem doing everything online.

It is completely user friendly and provides all the information you need to pass the national and state exam. It's a bit challenging, of course, because it's real estate, but it is very doable. If I can complete the courses as a single mom of three kids, anybody can.

They are so supportive. In the very beginning they answered any possible questions that I had, so I wasn't blindly searching for answers they educated me. The one thing that I could say is that I feel like they don't pay attention to really making sure everything works. Sometimes when they post a link or send an email, some of the links wouldn't work. I'm just not really sure how often they update it. I was always eventually able to find what I was looking for.

I like the fact that it was a self paced class. I have a toddler, so it was convenient and flexible to manage my family time and work schedule. The class was affordable and had flexible hours, but you definitely should stick to a study schedule to make sure you get the course done in the alloted time. Just make sure to study everything thoroughly and don't skip sections. Liked the easiness of the program. The online site made things easier than going to a real classroom. It is a straight to the point, work at your own pace program.

The main thing I wish they would fix is that there was material that you don't really use in everyday life as a realtor. They could refresh some of the material. I thought that it was great. I initially failed the state exam the first time because the class I took for pre licensing did not include anything on the ethics portion of it. But when I did the Allied test prep, it had the exact information I needed to know, and I passed the exam right after.

They had editing mistakes, and for a school that is pricey, this is a no-no! The school reps are more sales-oriented. This came off as a bad vibe like they don't really care about you. I also encountered a lot of material that needed to be updated. On the positive front, I liked the fact that I could study at my own pace. They also offer grants. Courses were easy. It would be a BIG help. I'd highly recommend this course -- it's very user friendly and allows you to finish it in your own time, which is good if you are working a full time job at the same time.

The teachers are good, too, and it wasn't too expensive. I studied the material religiously and failed twice. The customer service was horrible. When I asked for assistance, they would tell me to read the material. Although it is a low price, I say it's not worth it. It was good. I passed all my exams on the first attempt so I'd say it was very effective in preparing me.

I liked that I was able to do it all online. I never had any complaints or technical issues. If you are looking into programs and want to go at your own pace, this is the way to go. It was all straight to the point, and I passed my exams on the first try. It was very convenient and easy to get around. I was working full time as a single mother, and I was able to complete the courses since it was conveniently online.

I'd suggest to new agents to work hard and try to complete the courses quickly. It's helped me learn a lot more about real estate stuff that I did not know before. Its a good opportunity to go in and learn a new career. Not really a big deal, but Allied Real Estate school could spend some time just fixing all the technical glitches. Have not taken the exam yet, but looking forward to getting my moneys worth in commissions. It was great, and they gave me all the information I needed to pass the exams on my first time around.

The curriculum is a bit dry, but it does give you very informative content you need to learn. I recommend it for anybody wanting to do this online program, and it is a good value. I did test prep with Allied, and it was really good. It prepared me really well for the state exam that I passed it the first time! It was cheap and very convenient. Although I have a bachelors in real estate, I think it was very effective.

I'd definitely recommend to anyone, it prepared me for the state exam and again it's very affordable. If you are working, this course is helpful because you can go at your own pace. I will say that some of the sections were harder than I was expecting, but there are always instructors available to answer your questions and help you through it.
