Should i max cold beam

Wanted to ask if I should go for Cold Beam or Thunderbot first? In personal preference I prefer single target attacking to mobbing, at least in the official server. Still, cold beam has its advantages for being a 2nd job. Even if you don't use cold beam a ton after 2nd job, you'll still get a lot of use for it now.
